1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our fulfillment partners across North America to ensure faster delivery times.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time includes our processing time plus shipping transit time. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Canada: 3-7 business days
  • United States: 5-10 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

3.  Do you offer free shipping?"Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 to Canada and the United States."  

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs vary by destination:

Canada (Domestic):

  • FREE shipping on orders over $100 CAD
  • Standard shipping: $14.90 - $21.90 CAD (based on order size)
  • Express shipping: $21.90 CAD

United States:

  • FREE shipping on orders over $100 
  • Standard shipping: $7.90 - $29.90  (based on order size)
  • Express Shipping: $34.90

Can I track my order? Yes! 
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your door.
What if my order is delayed?
We'll notify you immediately if there are any delays with your order. Occasionally, weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery times.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process to see available options and costs.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
The carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or re-delivery.
 Check your tracking information for specific details about your delivery attempt.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but once it's in transit, we may not be able to make changes.
What if my package arrives damaged?
We're sorry if your order arrives damaged! Please contact us right away with photos of the damage and we'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

4.  What’s your return policy?
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

5. Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
